Hotel Papa Whale-Kaohsiung Formosa Boulevard

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kaohsiung. the location was perfect, situated between two MRT stations, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any request I had. Lastly, the rooms were clean and cozy, with all the basic amenities I needed. The highlight was the special breakfast served every morning - a delicious spread that included a variety of options to start the day right. I especially loved the attention to detail in the presentation, just like the pictures on the hotel's website.

Everything was perfect.

Rooms are very comfortable , the double beds are large. Breakfast is a set meal with all you can eat soup (which my sisters absolutely like!)

My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight! I was impressed by the attention to detail in the room design, with each room having a unique and creative layout. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with a map and great recommendations for places to visit. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, such as the TV, mini fridge, and bathroom facilities. Lastly, the breakfast served at the ground floor was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very easy to go to different tourist spots. The breakfast was remarkable and was served by a crew member who was very polite. The hotel also provided interesting activities which made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel's facilities are old and need renovation. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were limited and low quality.

The hotel is situated between two metro stations and within walking distance to a mini night market. Families can enjoy unique room designs with beds with slides. Customer service is very good. the bathroom is huge with a small bath tub. the breakfast is tasty and is served by portion.

The hotel may require some maintenance as some guests experienced issues with worn out bath towels and a rusty kettle.

The hotel location was exceptional, just a few minutes away from the train station and a popular night market. the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms with great amenities. the breakfast offered a variety of international and Taiwanese dishes which was satisfying.

The location was perfect, just one block away from the metro and a famous night market. The staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. They even upgraded my room and I was able to choose my favorite. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were great and the cleanliness was great. I also appreciated the fast wifi and the variety of satellite channels available. The breakfast had a decent selection of international and Taiwanese options, with daily changes to keep things interesting. At the end of my stay, the hotel even presented me with a thank you gift, a lovely gesture. I highly recommend Hotel Papa for a wonderful stay in Kaohsiung.
